You are presenting all day long. Every time you share an idea, whether you are in the boardroom or in a webroom, you are presenting. Presenting is communicating an idea. Presenting with impact means you get your idea across to your audience – and it somehow changes them. It changes them so much they are ready to take action. Are you changing the world with your ideas?
The explorer path will help you dig deeper and climb higher by building upon your strengths. Your idea, the context of your message, and your audience are all unique. As your executive coach, I work with you to identify your specific presentation needs and custom design a program to optimize your strengths. PresentationYOU Coaching Program
Learning is a process, not an event. Therefore, no stand alone workshops will ever be conducted as part of this program. I am passionate about creating change in how you present, and the only way to create sustainable behavioral change is through a learning process conducted over time – not an event. To ensure your new skill is sustained beyond just the one presentation, each program is designed with three components: Learning, Implementation Project, and Coaching.
Learning: throughout the program, individual and/or group learning events will be conducted to introduce new ideas, concepts, and theories.
Implementation: it is through experience that we move from learning to knowing a new behavior or skill and therefore all programs include applying what we’ve learned to real world projects. By the end of the program, each participant will have implemented a presentation using their new approach.
Coaching: as learning is a process, feedback and customized fieldwork is provided through individual coaching sessions. This helps you to: go beyond the superficial level of learning; identify and overcome personal obstacles in presenting; and truly learn and sustain the desired behavior or skill change.
Delivery methods are customized and therefore vary. Programs can be done virtually through webinars, teleseminars, and individual phone conversations. In person and on-site delivery is available or a blend of virtual and on-site.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Only 5 individuals are accepted into the one-on-one coaching program each quarter to provide each with the attention necessary to transform their work from blank page to powerful presentation!
